Why Open Debate?
Good question, there are lots
of e-consultation tools out there.
Open Debate is an award-winning online consultation tool that helps to open up the planning process to the ‘silent majority’ who don’t typically engage in consultation.
It’s a tried and tested system, currently used for over one hundred consultations across the globe, by over forty companies (click here to see some case studies). Virtually all of our clients have used Open Debate for more than one consultation project, which is testament to the fact that we’re adding value.
Open Debate is ready-to-use, so it’s quick to implement and a low-cost option. We just make the tweaks needed to tailor our system to your requirements and then you can add your content and play around with it until you’re happy for us to launch it for you.
You are in control - Open Debate has a content management system within its clever admin area so you don’t have to contact us each time you need to change a few words or swap an image. You can also log into your admin area at any time and view participants’ feedback, respond to questions, view live questionnaire results, send out news and generate reports. Click here for more on Open Debate’s features.
We have an in-house team of web developers and designers, so there’s no outsourcing involved; apart from hosting, which is handled by our security-conscious hosting partner - but we’ll sort all that out for you! And because we have our own techies it means that we can combine our consultation experience with programming expertise to continually upgrade Open Debate and make sure we’re up-to-date with all the latest online advances.
If you need more than one online consultation, our Open Debate system enables you to manage a number of projects from one central admin area. This also means that the cost for your subsequent online consultations will be lower than the cost to set up the first one because the template’s already there.
Now you know why Open Debate is such a good option, have a look at it in action on our Case Studies page. Or click here if you have any more questions.
